LAS VEGAS: My Top 3 Favorite Restaurants
Y'all Vegas is one of those places where you never know what time it is. But you know no matter the time you will be having a great time!
On my last trip to Vegas I went for a work conference but came a bit early to go to the Usher concert and try as many restaurants as possible. For my top 3 favorite restaurants check out my list below!

Vanderpump Vegas in Cesars:
This is a cute cocktail restaurant with the prettiest drinks(def Instagram worthy) and small bites. We had cocktails and this amazing cake! Would 100% recommend getting the cake. Now making a reservation is tricky. You can try calling to secure a table but you might just have to wait in line to get a table. This is what I did but was given a table within 10-15min. You may also get a chance to see some of the Vanderpump roles cast! When I went I saw Lisa & Ken!
China Poblano in the Cosmopolitan:
This is a Mexican & Chinese fusion restaurant and y'all, it's amazing!!!! They have all of the staples like tacos and dim sum. But you have to get the fried rice! It was my fav dish on the menu and was so good I went back the next day to get it again! I wouldn't worry about making a reservation, I waited no more than 10min for a table and is a great place to go when you don’t have a set schedule.
Beauty and Essex in The Cosmopolitan:
Like other Beauty and Essex restaurants this location is also designed as a speakeasy with a functional store in the front. Once you walk through the store(where you can actually shop) there's a door at the back to enter the restaurant. The staff is top tier and the food was pretty good as well! I wasn't the biggest fan of their side dishes but I loved their meatballs and the steak was cooked to perfection. Oh, and you have to get the dessert wonder wheel for some delicious surprise treats! I would highly recommend making a reservation well in advance to secure a table.
